On 22nd November 2008 Jill Spires passed away. We lost a wonderful mother and grandmother and everyone that knew her lost a good friend. She was a great inspiration to those that met her, especially when they became aware of her very positive attitude towards the health problems that burdened her for many years. This inspirational attitude is what has encouraged us to set up this Tribute Fund. Everything we will be trying to do and any money that we manage to raise will be in memory of Jill. Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there; I do not sleep; I am a thousand winds that blow; I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain; I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning’s hush, I am the swift uplifting rush. Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there; I did not die.
